REVIEW Freeman Feeling Beautiful Facial Anti-Stress Mask

I got this mask on a special buy one get one free at sale frice of $3. Which is awesome because I got 2 huge face mask tube for only $3!!! I haven't really heard much about this brand because it isn't really sold in the south that I have seen. I did try the Freeman Sea Kelp Conditioner when I was up north and I loved it so when I saw this brand and there was a sale I just had to try it out.  They also had a chocolate strawberry mask, a fruit peel mask(which I also got), and a few others.  I think there were like 6 different Freeman masks.

So this is the Anti-Stress Mask with Dead Sea Minerals.  It purifies and cleans pores.  It's made in the USA and is not tested on animals! 

So the packaging is ok.  It's just drugstore.  Apparently this is a new product.  It absorbs excess oil while clarifying and purging clogged pores.  The Dead Sea Minerals are natural supplements for your skin.  Sea salts help balance the skin moisture while lavender and bergamot promote aromatherapy for relaxation. Sounds nice!

So I totally wasn't expecting this mask to be blue.  I just assumed it was somehow a clay mask.  It sortof looks like plastic.  It goes on quite nice and it's very smooth.

note: please excuse my hair I was going to bed after long day^.^

So this is the mask on.  I just spread a thin, even layer where I have pores/need cleansing. Following the directions, I left the mask on until it dried then washed it off with water.  I then put on my regular night moisturizer.

First impression: nice fruity smell.  I was expecting lavender which I guess I smell but it seems more tropical.

 When I first put it on which was in my small bathroom, it made my eyes sting SUPER bad and water(fumes?) idk but it went away when I went into my bedroom so I would say to use this in an open room/space just to be sure.  It dried in like 15-20 minutes and it washed off easily.   I only noticed slight improvement in the bumps on my face. My face does feel hydrated so sea salt helped? My skin doesn't feel any less oily though.

So overall I'll give this a 2.5/5 because it didn't really do everything and it did make my eyes sting super bad

REVIEW Miss Jessie's Quick Curls Curl Enhancer

I got this product in my August BirchBox and it's a deluxe sample.  It's Miss Jessie's Quick Curls and is a curl enhancer! I have curly hair that tends to be somewhat dry, making it frizzy.  Let's see if this calms it down.

This is the packaging and it is sooooo cute! The front has the name of the product(obviously) and then a description of the product.  It's supposed to add more spring and bounce while removing frizz.  SO THIS IS A PERFECT HAIR PRODUCT SO FAR!

This is what the actual product looks like.  It's the consistency of lotion and has a pleasing smell. I used a quarter sized amount for all of my hair(medium length, not very thick but not thin).  So to apply this I just combed it through my hair with my fingers to distribute the product evenly. Then I just let it dry! SO EASY!

Results: 

SUCCESS! for me at least:) It definitely got rid of my frizz and my hair was SUPER shiny.  I didn't really notice any MORE curl but I have pretty curly hair.  What I did notice about my curls is that they stayed together better because they were less frizzy!  Overall, I really liked this product.

ElishaCoy Ricebran & Arbutin Whitening Mask

This ElishaCoy mask was sent to me as a free gift on an order I placed a while back so I figured I'd try it out.  I really like other products of this brand so I'm really excited to try the masks!!!

First off, it has really nice, simple packaging which I like.  This is the whitening mask of the series.  

The front says word for word:

ElishaCoy is a European styled clean and refined esthetic brand that seeks for wellbeing life and spiritual abundance, and modern sense, and intends to make an individual grow his/her own life style healthily and elegantly.

Not very great English on the front but whatevs

So the back has English and Korean.  I like that they have English because it makes it easier for people who don't speak Korean.  

The top English says:

This product is a 100% pure cotton mask sheet (essence type) which prevents generation of melanin pigment and provides whitening effects via anti-oxidation.

How To Use: After washing your face, spread the mask sheet evenly over the face. Leave it for 10-15 minutes and remove the mask.  Gently pat until fully absorbed.

  It's just a standard mask sheet.  It stays pretty moist for the recommended time but the mask sortof pulls away from the face a bit.  This mask had a subtle and pleasant smell.  I don't notice any huge whitening effect (but it's not expected) after this use but I did notice a nice brightening effect on my skin.  It didn't make me break out which is GREAT! This mask has convinced me to try out more ElishaCoy masks:))))

overall I rate this a nice 4/5 

REVIEW~ baviphat 촉촉한 피부 만들기 에센스 앰플 마스크팩 (pore and dead skin reducing moisture mask)

Ok so first mask review!

so the mask says on front:

모공과 각질은 줄이고 주분은 강화한

촉촉한 피부 만들기

 에센스 앰플 마스크팩 21g

모공케어 /각질감소

건조한 피보의 윤기와 수분강화 

and if you don't read Korean it says :

Pore and dead skin reducing 

make moist skin

essence ample mask pack 21g

pore/callus reduction

enhance shine and moisture etc etc etc

ahh look at FT Island I wonder if they actually use this mask.

I didn't take a picture of the back but it has more product details.  

Instructions say to leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes.

Impressions:

1.) has a really nice fruit smell.  The fragrance might irritate some skin but mine was fine.  I really liked this because it wasn't a very strong smell.

2.) has a lot of essence or product in the mask and the mask stayed pretty moist throughout.

3.)face felt very moist after mask but did make my face sortof sticky once the essence soaked in after i took off the mask.

I would recommend this for people with dry skin(since moisture product) or for oily people in winter time.  I think I would use this in the winter because I am an oily person and I usually have pretty hydrated skin.  

 

I did this mask at night and the next morning my skin is extra "glowy" and pores do seem smaller

SO! I rate this product 4/5 and will most likely buy it in the future!

Biore Makeup Remover Wipes

 So this is the product.  I don't usually use makeup wipes but it was on sale for $2 so I figured I'd try it out!

 I have on eyeko liquid eyeliner and some kind of Rimmel mascara.  I'm wearing Dr Jart bb cream on face and then powder, blush, concealer, etc.  Basically a full face of makeup.

So this is the size of the wipe compared to my face.

OK so this is after I've used it all up.  It's an ok wipe.  It's a good size for removing eye makeups, but not really for whole face.  I wash my face after using this and then use a toner to make sure all of my makeup is thoroughly removed.  I guess I will give this a 4/5 rating because it does the job and is so cheap.  It's definitely not the best, but it removes my eye makeup and only cost $2!!! Also, the wipes stay moist in the packaging.  I have it opened for more than a month and the wipes are all still extremely moist.  So I don't know the regular price, but if it were around $5 I would still purchase!

I finally have my own laptop so I can start to blog! I'm excited!!!

I plan to use this blog to do reviews of makeup and skincare products.  Also, maybe some DIY projects.
